Your Gmail contains important business information. But what if your email messages were lost? The truth is that email accounts and other online accounts are hacked into all the time. You might even lose access to your Gmail account. If that happens, you’ll want to have a good Gmail backup.
Another big reason for Gmail Backups
If your current Gmail account is running low on storage, you can consider using a new Gmail account to backup your existing emails and then delete the bulky mails from the primary account to make space. There are no addons to install and the Gmail-to-Gmail transfer happens directly in the cloud.
Create a new gmail account for backup, and then Goto Settings > Accounts & Import > Import Mails & Contact.
In the pop-up window, Enter existing gmail account email Id from which you have to import the mails into the new account and Click on continue.
After clicking on continue, now Allow the ShuttleCloud app to access your Gmail and Google contacts data.
After all the emails are imported, you’ll find a new label in your new Gmail account that will show you all the imported emails.
